Day to day
- Lead a project on European fermentation input needs and pathways to meet demand
- Analyse technical challenges scaling fermentation-enabled proteins and propose solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise across research policy industry funding and communications initiatives
- Represent the organisation publicly through media digital channels and conferences
