• 6+ years in software engineering ideally with Linux Go Python or C/C++
• Strong experience with Docker CI/CD & DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS Azure GCP)
• Adaptable & thrives in dynamic fast-paced environments
• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach
• B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

What the job involves

• Design & implement automated test frameworks for Golang & C applications
• Encompassing the full stack from low-level virtualization to UI testing in a distributed environment
• Develop tools to build maintain & operate test automation frameworks to simplify test development performance testing & fast feedback
• Build test infrastructure to integrate with & extend our CI/CD process (GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with developers to ensure early incorporation of test planning & execution in release cycles
• Identify performance bottlenecks spot system anomalies & determine root causes
• Promote best practices in code health testing & maintainability across the development team
• Communicate insights & plans to cross-functional teams & management
• Understand existing code flow & its integration with various components & interfaces
• Lead a team of 2-3 resources
