Requirements
- Experience owning security programmes at enterprise level including vulnerability management patch management and incident response
- Proven senior or lead level experience in security engineering or security operations
- Strong knowledge of information security risk management tools controls frameworks and threat landscape
- Security and incident management experience with SIEM Sentinel and Defender
- Azure Defender for Cloud experience
- Networking knowledge including WAF Policy DDoS protection and ideally FortiClient
- DevOps knowledge of OAuth MFA AAD PIM and PAM
- Microsoft Entra conditional access and identity governance
- Knowledge of 2FA RBAC ISMS and PCI DSS
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to balance operational delivery risk and long term security
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast paced pressured environment

Day to day
- Lead the delivery and ownership of enterprise security platforms and controls across endpoint cloud network and monitoring.
- Own the security technology roadmap and align tooling investment with business strategy.
- Oversee vulnerability management patch management and major incident response across the Group while coaching the security engineering team.
