- Experience collaborating with marketing teams agencies and external partners
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and After Effects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix organization
- Passion for sports and understanding of the athletic footwear market is a plus
