Remote Lead Solutions Engineer Job in United States Uplight

Who you are

• BS/MS/PhD in computer science, engineering, science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in Solutions Architect, Business Analysis, consulting, or relevant experience in technology-related environment with clients in the energy industry
• Strong electricity industry knowledge expected; power markets and trading experience desired
• Success working directly with clients
• Capability to grasp customer priorities, assess internal technology infrastructure and target business needs with AutoGrid application suite
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Understand client use cases and conduct fit / gap assessments
• Knowledge of client acceptance and testing for software solutions in energy space
• Experience deploying SaaS products in enterprise environments
• Flexibility to work for a global team across time zones
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Enthusiasm for client success & excellence
• Multilingual: English. Italian or Spanish

What the job involves

• Deliver end-to-end business and technical solutions to Uplight’s clients.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and Client Success teams to ensure clients realize the business value of solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Industry Solutions teams to advocate for client needs.
