Who you are
- Expert knowledge of network technology and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, BGP, IPsec, RADIUS).
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Meraki huge plus.
- Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services and managing cloud infrastructure
- Experience with many different Amazon Web Service technologies such as AWS Systems Manager, GuardDuty, Workspaces, and AWS networking concepts like VPCs, Security groups, and Transit Gateways
- Expert in Linux or Windows server OS's
- Extensive experience with client platform management tools Jamf and Intune
- Automation using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
- Configuration management using platforms like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Experience managing Atlassian servers such as JIRA or Confluence is a plus
