Who you are

  • Consistent project management delivering high priority technical projects on-time within agreed scope and budget
  • Coordination with cross-functional project teams for a collaborative approach to New Product Development
  • Creation and maintenance of detailed work plans
  • Communication plan development and provision of project updates to stakeholders
  • Timely identification, escalation, and resolution of project risks
  • Monthly alignment with project team for accurate budget management
  • Compliance with Design Control and Business processes
  • BS in Engineering or Science, MS preferred
  • 5-10 years of managing New Product Development projects in a medical device company
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, database software, SAP, MS Outlook, Project Management Cloud Software
  • Project management qualification preferred (PMP or equivalent)

What the job involves

  • Oversee project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of Advanced Wound Care new product development and lifecycle management projects within agreed scope, timing, and budget
  • Drive cross functional project and/or program execution through collaboration with various functional groups to deliver on-time high priority technically complex projects
  • Develop detailed work plans that identify and sequence activities needed to complete project and establish necessary resources
  • Provide updates to stakeholders and revise schedules/plans as required to ensure successful project completion
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and manage compliance to both Design Control and Business processes
  • Support PMO in enhancing project management tools, processes, and systems
  • Foster high performing team principles within project teams
