    What the job involves

    • Play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional post-sale support for Lakeside Software customers using our SysTrack platform
    • Manage support calls and troubleshoot issues, ensuring thorough documentation of tickets
    • Mentor junior support engineers and develop test applications to identify SysTrack bugs
    • Liaise with internal teams to manage trouble tickets and implement initiatives to enhance SysTrack supportability
    • Provide training and knowledge sharing to the support team before major releases
