  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of front-end development and design experience
  • Familiar with leading-edge web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS
  • Understands enterprise software design principles and best practices
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
  • Aptitude to pick up new technology rapidly
  • Ability to explain technology to both business and IT stakeholders
  • Capacity to work in teams as well as alone
  • Comfortable obtaining UK SC Clearance

  • Demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
  • Mentor and train clients in Pega’s UI technology
  • Engage and educate clients’ resources on UX/UI and Pega Best Practices
  • Ensure solutions meet or exceed client and end user expectations
