Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Significant client-facing consulting or in-house legal operations leadership experience
- Experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholders
- Deep experience across matter intake and governance matter management systems legal project management alternative fee arrangements strategic sourcing panel management e-billing implementation and invoice review
- Background in corporate legal departments legal operations consulting or law firm pricing/operations
- Advanced data literacy with ability to analyze large data sets
- Experience translating financial and operational data into executive recommendations
- Comfort with Excel and analytical tools
- Bachelor's degree required
- JD or equivalent legal qualification preferred

Day to day
- Lead complex outside counsel management advisory engagements for corporate legal departments and executive stakeholders.
- Translate operational and spend data into strategic recommendations that improve cost control performance and program maturity.
- Manage project workstreams mentor consultants and analysts and develop scalable playbooks frameworks and methodologies.
