Extensive experience in international law especially in arms control law space law maritime law or emerging technologies
Expertise in space law space security and U.S. space regulations and policy
Expertise in WMD treaty operation implementation or analysis
Experience with writing articles reports and presenting or teaching adult learners

What the job involves
Apply knowledge of international law U.S. law and policy theory and general industry standards/practices in security of extremely hazardous weaponizable chemical biological radioactive and nuclear (CBRN) materials and other fields
Provide technical expertise analysis and publishable products to advance knowledge in Law and Policy and address challenging problems relating to space arms control and treaty law
Gather analyze and evaluate information from various sources
Monitor business challenges sponsor and/or regulatory issues recommending improvements
Utilize expertise in scientific engineering or policy disciplines determining significance and reliability of information
Apply and interpret theories principles methods tools and technologies within areas of specialty making guided decisions and identifying problems
