Requirements
- Recent experience within the last 12 months in an estate agency or residential conveyancing legal environment
- Strong communication skills for handling phone calls emails and client updates
- Ability to support busy case progress by chasing documents and information
- Comfortable uploading and managing legal documents and data accurately
- Willingness to work full time from home Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm

Day to day
- Be the first point of contact on phones each morning, giving clear updates and answering questions so clients feel supported
- Work closely with legal teams to transfer complex calls, take messages and escalate difficult emails when needed
- Chase clients other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents and information to keep cases moving
- Upload legal documents and case information accurately into the firm’s system and help maintain smooth workflows
