What the job involves
- Assist in all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception to settlement
- Set up new client files and report claims to insurance companies
- Draft representation letters and request police reports
- Order medical records and bills while collaborating with teammates
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters medical providers and other related parties
