Remote Legal Assistant Paralegal Job in United States Berkeley Law & Technology Group, LLP

Who you are

• Experience filing documents with the USPTO
• Experience retrieving information from USPTO systems
• Experience coordinating foreign patent prosecution
• Experience filing PCTs applications
• Experience docketing foreign patent matters
• Experience with Prolaw a plus
• Understanding of docketing
• Skills to draft & edit complex documents
• Experience with preparation and filing of IDSs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate a plus
• 7+ years of related experience

• Support patent preparation and prosecution in the US
