Who you are
- Degree in Law essential, with focus on Commercial/ Contract Law
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Legal experience in contract law and factors determining business profitability (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Own transport and UK License
What the job involves
- Supporting the consultancy team to increase productivity
- Conducting research, drafting commercial changes, and reviewing 3rd party contracts
- Preparing basic documents and identifying opportunities to share additional services
- Building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Keeping up to date with commercial law and legislation
