Role
Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience with commercial contracts preferably in the software industry or a law firm
- Strong understanding of commercial law particularly in a B2B context with proven track record
- Qualified and admitted to the bar or in the process of qualifying
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and address legal nuances
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent requests promptly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of contracts efficiently
- Bilingual English / Spanish skills strongly preferred

What the job involves
- Work closely with our Deputy General Counsel playing a key role in reviewing drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Ensure compliance and support our global operations in a dynamic high-growth company
- Provide legal support and guidance to the sales team to ensure contractual nuances are appropriately addressed
- Respond to urgent legal requests and issues providing timely and accurate advice and solutions
