Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with commercial contracts preferably in the software industry or a law firm
  • Strong understanding of commercial law particularly in a B2B context with proven track record
  • Qualified and admitted to the bar or in the process of qualifying
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and address legal nuances
  • Ability to work independently and handle urgent requests promptly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of contracts efficiently
  • Bilingual English / Spanish skills strongly preferred

Day to day

  • Work closely with our Deputy General Counsel playing a key role in reviewing drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Ensure compliance and support our global operations in a dynamic high-growth company
  • Provide legal support and guidance to the sales team to ensure contractual nuances are appropriately addressed
  • Respond to urgent legal requests and issues providing timely and accurate advice and solutions
