- Strong track record in advising on IP and commercial matters.
What the job involves
- Manage Binance Global IP strategy involving registration protection and litigation of intellectual property.
- Provide strategic legal advice on licensing commercial topics and IP risks.
- Engage and oversee outside counsel to ensure effective representation and compliance.
