- Experience in technology business practices in specified European regions and bilingual in English and French.
- Proficient in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in the technology sector.

Day to day
- Assist with a wide range of customer and vendor agreements including NDAs and licensing terms.
- Help oversee compliance related policies and support compliance obligations.
- Provide general legal support across multiple facets of technology law.
