Requirements
- 5 years post-qualification experience in contract review and negotiation of master level agreements
- Qualification to practice in the jurisdiction you are located in and be in good standing
- Experience in an in-house position preferred
- Experience in IT or Technology industry preferred
- Experience in a sales-driven company preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with practical commercial advice
- Plain English drafting essential
- Exposure to data center industry highly regarded
- Privacy information security and regulatory experience highly regarded
- Employment law experience or exposure good to have
- Ability to work independently across multiple global teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage risk
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across jurisdictions and time zones
- Natural relationship builder with trust and respect

Day to day
- Provide general legal advice and support to the Group’s daily business activities
- Review and negotiate a wide range of agreements and commercial contracts
- Draft bespoke contracts policies and supporting legal documentation while assisting with disputes and legal operations
- Review advertising promotional materials and new legislation and advise on regulatory compliance across global teams
