Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE trained by international law firms
- Strong legal drafting and project management skills
- Prior experience in cryptocurrency digital assets and payment related businesses
- Strong knowledge of global financial services regulations and licensing frameworks
- Preferred experience with MTL and MSB entities
- Experience in regulatory and licensing matters
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced cross-border environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day
- Provide strategic legal advice on global licensing and regulatory matters across payments and digital assets
- Support license applications renewals and ongoing regulatory engagements with authorities in multiple jurisdictions
- Draft review and negotiate legal documents while partnering with compliance risk and business teams to maintain regulatory alignment
