Requirements
- Significant hands-on transactional experience in US growth equity and pre-IPO deals and private fund investments
- Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience
- US bar admission preferred
- Strong working knowledge of US securities law and private markets regulation
- Familiarity with SEC-registered investment adviser obligations is a plus
- Able to work directly on live deals at pace and negotiate in real time
- Proven ability to work independently and advise senior stakeholders directly
- Commercially pragmatic and able to distill complex legal risk into actionable guidance
- Digitally savvy with a genuine interest in AI and modern tooling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Right to work in the chosen base location at time of application

Day to day
- Review and negotiate complex transaction documents for US growth equity, pre-IPO, and private fund investments.
- Provide clear, actionable legal guidance to the investment team during live deal execution and diligence.
- Own corporate governance and entity management across a multi-jurisdictional international group, while coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
