Who you are

• 2-5 years’ experience as an attorney with a mix of law firm and in-house experience required.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating software licensing contracts essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on clear articulation of complex legal issues.

What the job involves

• Provide legal counsel and support on intellectual property commercial software licensing and compliance issues.
• Draft review and negotiate a variety of agreements including end-user license agreements distributor agreements and others related to licensing and distribution in the EMEA region.
• Develop and deliver trainings for employees and executives on compliance matters competition and good contracting practices.
