Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer in-house or at a law firm
- J.D. and active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction US or England
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience with vendor procurement or construction-related agreements is a plus
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
- Excellent judgment attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders outside of Legal
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth environment

Day to day
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements that support fundraising strategic growth and day-to-day operations.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk obligations and negotiation strategy while working closely with business teams.
- Support procurement delivery and corporate functions across data center projects financings and partnerships in a fast-moving environment.
