Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction preferably UK or France
- 2–5 years of relevant experience with law firm and or in-house exposure
- Solid grounding in commercial law
- Experience on cross-border or multijurisdictional matters is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with EU law and GDPR preferred
- Fluency in English required additional European languages are a plus strong preference for French
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator who can explain legal issues to non-lawyers
- Collaborative proactive and solutions-oriented

Day to day
- Provide legal support to European business teams on commercial and operational matters.
- Draft review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including customer supplier and partnership contracts.
- Support compliance with European regulatory frameworks and assist with corporate governance internal policies and legal process development.
