Day to day
- Support attorneys and legal professionals with legal research and memorandum drafting
- Assist with reviewing drafting and organizing contracts non-disclosure agreements vendor agreements and other legal documents
- Research state insurance regulations and track legislative and regulatory developments across the life insurance and annuity industry
- Review and summarize statutes regulations guidance and case law while contributing to compliance and policy review projects
