An interest in the False Claims Act and government whistleblower programs

What the job involves
Work closely with the Director of Legal Education to write research memos and summarize False Claims Act (FCA) case law
Help draft the Qui Tam Quarterly Review and the Year-in-Review Journals
Write a published paper about the FCA
Opportunity to be either remote or hybrid with offices located near the Dupont Metro Station.
