Requirements
- Must be a 2L or 3L as of Fall 2024 at an ABA accredited law school
- Outstanding legal research and writing skills
- Preferably with law review or other journal experience
- An interest in the False Claims Act and government whistleblower programs
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

Day to day
- Work closely with the Director of Legal Education to write research memos and summarize False Claims Act (FCA) case law
- Help draft the Qui Tam Quarterly Review and the Year-in-Review Journals
- Write a published paper about the FCA
- Opportunity to be either remote or hybrid with offices located near the Dupont Metro Station.
