Who you are

• Must be a 2L or 3L as of Fall 2024 at an ABA accredited law school
• Outstanding legal research and writing skills
• Preferably with law review or other journal experience
• An interest in the False Claims Act and government whistleblower programs
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills

What the job involves

• Work closely with the Director of Legal Education to write research memos and summarize False Claims Act (FCA) case law
• Help draft the Qui Tam Quarterly Review and the Year-in-Review Journals
• Write a published paper about the FCA
• Opportunity to be either remote or hybrid with offices located near the Dupont Metro Station.
