Who you are

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house required
• Experience in consumer finance and/or lending litigation highly valued
• Excellent communication organizational project management and interpersonal skills necessary
• Ability to thrive under limited direction and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Desirables

• G Suite proficiency
• Legal Tracker experience
• Notary certification

What the job involves

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of cases management including maintaining case files and scheduling
• Act as primary Case Management system administrator
• Manage collection and synthesis of records for litigation files
• Draft responses to subpoenas and search warrants and develop settlement agreements
• Implement systems to enhance efficiency and support scalability in legal processes
