- Experience in a law firm or similar environment
- Wide range of Personal Injury experience across different areas
- Decision-making on the likely success and value of claims with limited information
- Experience in a regulated environment with appropriate record keeping and quality standards

- Excellent IT Skills including Case Management System, databases, and office IT systems

Day to day
- Responsible for risk assessment of new enquiries received into the business for the Injury Practice Area
- Reviewing initial leads, speaking to clients, and making investigations into the lead to make an informed decision on the case's prospects
- Managing process adherence and communication between the Contact Centre & Injury Practice Area, supporting in providing a clear and effective process for capturing risk assessment information
