Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a paralegal or legal specialist in a corporate legal or compliance department
- 2+ years operational experience with automotive titles dealership processing or automotive loan servicing
- Prior exposure to litigation lifecycle legal operations or digital matter management systems
- Experience in auto lending consumer finance asset recovery or high volume collections litigation is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex legal matters
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn proprietary software systems and maintain neat digital files
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program is a plus

Day to day
- Manage active affirmative and defensive litigation matters with careful tracking of deadlines and next steps.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to gather information draft correspondence and keep cases moving efficiently.
- Support legal operations by organizing matter files maintaining records and improving workflows tools and systems.
