Day to day

  • Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documents for private equity, M&A, and financing deals.
  • Apply client-approved playbooks and structured frameworks to align documents with sponsor-side legal and commercial positions.
  • Use an AI-enabled platform to identify deviations, support document review, and deliver accurate legal work at pace.
  • Manage a live document queue across multiple concurrent transactions while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and accountability.
