- Conduct thorough research to substantiate petition claims and ensure compliance with current immigration laws and standards
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to gather necessary information and tailor petitions to individual profiles and achievements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law changes and adjust writing strategies accordingly
