Requirements
- Proven level design experience on console or PC titles.
- Broad knowledge of game and level design aspects such as layout, combat, balancing, difficulty, progression, and usability.
- Ability to create engaging and fun levels.
- Passion for creating games for children and families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience scripting gameplay and levels, ideally in Blueprint.
- Shipped at least one action or action/adventure title.
- Ability to take direction and feedback well.
- Experience with UE4/UE5 is advantageous.

Day to day
- Design and build high quality levels supporting the game's vision.
- Follow the direction of the lead level designer and iterate on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with gameplay coders and environment artists during the design process.
- Maintain stability and quality of work throughout development.
- Participate in level design reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Play the game regularly to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Verify task estimations, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
- Promote professionalism, collaboration, and respect within the team.
