  • Broad knowledge of game and level design aspects such as layout, combat, balancing, difficulty, progression, and usability.
  • Ability to create engaging and fun levels.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience scripting gameplay and levels, ideally in Blueprint.
  • Shipped at least one action or action/adventure title.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback well.
  • Experience with UE4/UE5 is advantageous.

  • Play the game regularly to provide clear and constructive feedback.
