Day to day

  • Guide KDC through the process of obtaining the necessary licenses to operate in the UK
  • Work with other KDC team members to prepare and submit all required documentation to the UK Department for Education and other relevant authorities
  • Advise on the legal and regulatory requirements specific to online higher education in the UK
  • Develop a compliance strategy to ensure KDC meets ongoing regulatory obligations
  • Engage with UK regulatory bodies on behalf of KDC to address any issues or questions that arise during the application process
  • Facilitate communications with UK educational bodies accrediting agencies and other stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the licensing process
