Who you are
What the job involves
- Guide KDC through the process of obtaining the necessary licenses to operate in the UK
- Work with other KDC team members to prepare and submit all required documentation to the UK Department for Education and other relevant authorities
- Advise on the legal and regulatory requirements specific to online higher education in the UK
- Develop a compliance strategy to ensure KDC meets ongoing regulatory obligations
- Engage with UK regulatory bodies on behalf of KDC to address any issues or questions that arise during the application process
- Facilitate communications with UK educational bodies accrediting agencies and other stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the licensing process
