Who you are

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, with a strong background in email and SMS marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as CustomerIO is required
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in email marketing and CRM best practices
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Technical knowledge related to email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

What the job involves

  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to manage and execute campaigns, ensuring data integrity and effective integration with other tools
