    What the job involves

    • Use owned channels such as email web in-app and partnerships to capture leads nurture and educate them and drive them to purchase a Hatch
    • Own the customer experience across our adult and kid business lines from awareness to consideration to purchase
    • Create and implement strategies that acquire new customers delight them and set them up for their first experiences as a Hatch user
    • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to acquire new customers create new lifecycle marketing strategies for segmentation automations campaigns and tests
    • Lead and manage end-to-end email marketing acquisition campaigns and automations that drive device sales
    • Create implement and optimize email strategies to drive unit sales across the entire customer journey including cross-sell and upsell
    • Consult with cross-channel partners to ensure a seamless E2E experience for leads
    • Develop and implement test-and-learn plans to continuously improve program engagement and metrics with a strong focus on personalization dynamic content cultural relevance and creative optimization
    • Build strong relationships with new customers by delivering value and staying on trend ensuring a delightful and valuable experience
    • Collaborate with the growth team e-commerce brand and social teams to integrate on-site and off-site tactics for lead generation and customer acquisition
    • Build monthly and quarterly reports to quantify impact and identify trends identify gaps and opportunities
    • Equip cross-functional teams with learnings and insights that can help make their work better
