Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Texas
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong interest in civil litigation and courtroom practice
- Excellent writing analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow as a litigator

Day to day
- Assist with an active docket of civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and personal injury defense
- Draft pleadings motions discovery legal memoranda and other legal documents with accuracy and care
- Attend hearings depositions mediations and trials as needed while supporting case strategy file management and deadlines
