Requirements
- Expertise in law and legal procedures
- Experience drafting and filing motions and related documents
- Strong legal research skills for case law and precedent analysis
- Proficiency managing depositions and discovery processes
- No-fault experience
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and case presentation
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in New York
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Experience with complex litigation is a plus

Day to day
- Handle all aspects of litigation including motions discovery and depositions
- Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law and precedent
- Draft legal documents and represent clients in court appearances
