Requirements
- Senior litigation experience with 6+ PQE
- Excellent technical litigation ability
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Ability to run matters independently
- Experience in commercial litigation personal injury insurance litigation professional negligence or general civil litigation
- Confident communication and judgement
- Ability to balance legal commercial and reputational considerations

Day to day
- Act for universities further education colleges and private education providers on a wide range of complex disputes
- Manage your own litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution while balancing legal commercial and reputational risks
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and handle individual claimants with empathy sound judgement and strong communication
- Advise on student breach of contract equality claims judicial reviews consumer disputes regulatory challenges and broader commercial matters
