Requirements

  • 2-year degree or commensurate work experience required
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant experience required preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Outstanding organization skills and ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Advanced computer and database technology skills
  • Attention to detail with strong follow up and follow through
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with willingness to share information goals and opportunities
  • Proactive self-starter with strong situational awareness
  • Flexibility to respond to shifting demands work tight deadlines and handle multiple detailed tasks
  • Technical knowledge of MS Office Suite O365 Transcript Software IPro Suite Nuix and Relativity preferred

Day to day

  • Provide support across litigation applications including in-house tools
  • Partner with Litigation Technology Case Managers to develop effective technology solutions for client matters
  • Manage discovery project tasks such as database creation processing electronic discovery data conversion loading data troubleshooting and quality control
  • Perform iPhone collections and assist with after-hours support as needed
