- 8+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and optimization experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps including Office Teams and Outlook
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business
Day to day
- Works with senior architects and customer success leads to improve Microsoft 365 health performance and adoption.
- Executes tenant health checks reviews usage reports and validates network readiness data.
- Creates assessment summaries action trackers and customer-facing deliverables while supporting workshops and reviews.
