Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of hands-on machine learning experience
- Solid experience building and training models with PyTorch
- Strong Python programming skills with NumPy pandas and scikit-learn
- Good grounding in ML fundamentals including data preparation feature engineering and evaluation
- Experience working in depth with at least one data type such as text images video or structured tabular data
- Familiarity with deep learning approaches and modern architectures including LLMs
- Track record of taking models beyond notebooks into deployable work
- Good habits around experiment tracking version control and reproducibility
- Experience with NLP computer vision or multimodal models is a strong nice-to-have

Day to day
- Build, train and evaluate machine learning models in PyTorch for Ad Brand and Innovation products.
- Work with text image and video data using classic ML deep learning and LLMs to tackle complex prediction problems.
- Prepare datasets run rigorous experiments and package reproducible models for clean handoff to engineering and deployment.
