Who you are
3+ years of hands-on, post-grad, non-internship professional experience working with data-intensive systems and writing production-quality software (preferred Python or golang).
Solid theoretical knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical concepts, including feature engineering, model training and evaluation.
Experience with at least 1 of: Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch.
Proficient with SQL.
Experience with kafka, flink and ksql a plus.
Passionate about building delightful products for users.
Strong communication and team-work skills.
Big plus for prior experience in RecSys/Ranking/Deep Learning.

Participate in the full software development cycle: design, develop, QA, deploy, experiment, analyze and iterate.
Collaborate across disciplines and with other ML teams at Reddit to find technical solutions to complex challenges.
