Who you are
Attention to detail and robust judgment in evaluating complex human data
Strong written and verbal communication in English of both technical and non-technical concepts
Ability to work collaboratively and provide effective process/product feedback
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a US-based Bachelor’s Master’s or PhD program in a technical field or applied social sciences
Experience interacting with people in various domains and environments
Possession of professional experience in human behavior-related fields

What the job involves
Provide high-quality written analysis of talent data i.e. AI interviews resumes based on expert assessment of a candidate’s demonstrated knowledge skills and abilities
Grow our proprietary talent intelligence datasets to help optimize Mercor’s machine learning models for talent matching
Collaborate with Mercor’s machine learning and engineering teams on feature engineering for our internal data engineering platform
Contribute to special ML projects enhancing our talent data pipelines sharing expert perspectives on new initiatives and product builds
Share feedback on our model training philosophy to ensure robust valid and fair talent assessment
