Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Customer Support or technical customer facing role
  • Experience with Linux operating system (RHEL preferred)
  • Proficiency in managing enterprise-level cloud environments using AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with monitoring production application systems and advanced troubleshooting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirables

  • Java testing tools
  • Monitoring applications
  • Experience with enterprise applications and databases
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or containerized services



What the job involves

  • Manage and resolve challenging issues for customers of the Boomi Managed Cloud Service
  • Provide technical support via telephone, email, chat, and remote diagnostics
  • Monitor and address customer issues to understand root cause and business impact
