Who you are
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Customer Support or technical customer facing role
Experience with Linux operating system (RHEL preferred)
Proficiency in managing enterprise-level cloud environments using AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Experience with monitoring production application systems and advanced troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirables
Java testing tools
Monitoring applications
Experience with enterprise applications and databases
Knowledge of Kubernetes or containerized services
What the job involves
Manage and resolve challenging issues for customers of the Boomi Managed Cloud Service
Provide technical support via telephone, email, chat, and remote diagnostics
Monitor and address customer issues to understand root cause and business impact
