Day to day

  • Serve as the primary non-technical contact for managed services accounts and build trusted client relationships
  • Proactively check in with clients lead status meetings and coordinate follow-up actions across internal teams
  • Support quarterly business reviews annual planning sessions onboarding and billing related issue resolution
