Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL
- Experience in service architecture and design
- Experience developing managed service solutions
- Knowledge of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure
- Awareness of compliance frameworks such as ISO NIST CIS and GDPR
- Proven pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in an MSP SI or vendor
- Ability to build presentations and deliver persuasive demos
- Strong experience creating proposals SoWs and RFP responses
- Commercial awareness with focus on business outcomes and ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem solving and ability to simplify complexity
- Collaborative approach across sales delivery and product teams

- Shape and position Node4’s managed services portfolio for prospective customers.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to uncover business service and technical requirements.
- Create tailored service architectures proposals statements of work and presentations that win new business.
- Influence future managed services offerings by feeding customer insight into product roadmaps and reusable assets.
