Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in preparing management accounts, financial reports, and variance analyses
- Excellent at managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning within a commercial setting
- Effective communicator and able to translate complex financial data for non-finance colleagues
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Day to day
- Managing financial health of conservation-focused ventures with precise financial management
- Preparing and managing monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Supporting annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans
- Conducting variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance
- Collaborating with non-finance teams to develop and track financial KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and preparing financial statements and audit processes
- Acting as key point of contact for financial support and guidance to Estate Managers and stakeholders
