What the job involves

• Managing financial health of conservation-focused ventures with precise financial management
• Preparing and managing monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Supporting annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans
• Conducting variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance
• Collaborating with non-finance teams to develop and track financial KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and preparing financial statements and audit processes
• Acting as key point of contact for financial support and guidance to Estate Managers and stakeholders
