Who you are

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, quantitative field or equivalent experience. MS preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and 3 years in a management role.
• Experience working in a centralized role requiring collaboration with many teams across an organization.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience using CRM platforms and applications preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to maintain focus on the larger picture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

What the job involves

• Manage and support current and new software applications used to improve operations at QuestBridge in work with students, partners, and educators.
• Collaborate across all QuestBridge teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficient use of technology in operations.
• Oversee relationships between IT support provider and team members, managing network server services and staff training on software applications.
