Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, quantitative field or equivalent experience. MS preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and 3 years in a management role.
- Experience working in a centralized role requiring collaboration with many teams across an organization.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience using CRM platforms and applications preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to maintain focus on the larger picture.

Day to day
- Manage and support current and new software applications used to improve operations at QuestBridge in work with students, partners, and educators.
- Collaborate across all QuestBridge teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficient use of technology in operations.
- Oversee relationships between IT support provider and team members, managing network server services and staff training on software applications.
