What the job involves

  • Mentor and enable team to exceed growth and retention forecasts
  • Manage and establish goals/responsibilities for CSMs
  • Manage overall health and care of accounts
  • Ensure team exceeds GitLab's expectations in core knowledge and execution
  • Develop senior-level relationships with customers and other teams
  • Partner with team leaders for customer support and escalation
  • Oversee initiatives set forth in OKRs
  • Represent GitLab leadership in internal and external interactions
