What the job involves

• Lead a diverse team of Designer Advocates across AMER region to scale our community engagement and sales support.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-value content such as livestreams, written content, and presentations to support customers.
• Support marketing efforts from events to product launches to drive adoption of new features and workflows.
• Support high-value sales opportunities with consultations and scalable onboarding programs.
• Help continuously improve internal processes to bring customer insights to product teams.
• Maintain and build relationships with users and track community engagement.
